User Experience Design at VeriSign

This online "newsletter" recaps some of the accomplishments of the User Experience Design team during 2007. There are a lot of changes coming to VeriSign, and the focus of the User Experience department and the Design team will undoubtedly change. But in 2007, we had a lot of success working toward "One VeriSign."

Who we are

The User Experience Design department in Product Development and the other UX groups throughout the company are responsible for defining the user experience for VeriSign products and services. Some of the services provided are:

  • User research
  • Usability testing
  • User interface design
  • Prototyping
  • Visual design
  • Web development

If you are interested in how user-centered design can help improve your products, contact Krista Van Laan for information, or go to our Web site.
